Ochre Networks to Ochre Services

Ochre Services was established in 2007 as a vehicle to develop broadband infrastructure opportunities by ANZ Infrastructure Services, Meyer Investments and Perth based Ochre Networks Pty Limited.  In particular Ochre Services was able to develop a number of project opportunities that had been identified and progressed by Ochre Networks.

Ochre Networks was founded in 2005 by Western Australians Barry Padman and Glenn Duhig.  With the support of “angel investor” David Meyer and other shareholders, opportunities to build new broadband infrastructure, utilizing both submarine and terrestrial cables, began to gestate.  Brett O’Riley joined Ochre Networks as Chief Executive Officer in December 2006 and after an intensive process Ochre Services was created to take the projects from the founders’ vision to a commercial reality.
