Norman Dalley joined the Ochre Services team in November 2007. He first became involved in the telecommunications industry in 1976. His experience covers cable network design, outside plant construction, submarine cable system installations, project planning, development and implementation.
Norman has been involved with a number of private cable system ventures, and brings a depth of commercial and technical experience to Ochre’s business.
